Brandon Oatts (Bco1Productions)
“Prefect Prospect Profile” Lets Begin: The problem that Bco1Productions is organized to solve is providing effective marketing strategies to business entities who are ineffective when it comes to marketing and brand management. Perfect Prospect: Brent, is the type of person that experiences this problem most often; s/he is 22 years old, and most likely lives in the south side of Tallahassee. S/He works or goes to school at Florida A&M University and is motivated by forming a legacy based on positivity and making business moves that impact his community in a positive way. More importantly, RJ is frustrated by how his brand has not grown since his business had a peak in 2015. S/he is most likely to spend her/his free time at his job or building a weekly sales plan and can be found volunteering at FAMU DRS and local schools in the community. S/he is most influenced by people, brands and organizations like Nike and Adidas and follows their social media profiles on twitter , instagram, and tumblr. My customer typically gets her/his news and current information from no newspaper, XXL magazine, no news station and HOT 97 radio. Bco1Productions is trying to achieve building a reputation for helping small business grow and maintain their brand with the project/product/services my company provides. BlueLemon is considering this investment because they need help maintaining the excitement around their brand from previous years and success would look and feel like T-shirt sales will increase campus wide and via social media, and more big name celebrities will join the movement for BlueLemon. If this project/ product/service fails, the financial cost would be $3,200 dollars and the emotional cost might be a hard hit the business . If this problem does not get solved, the business will going into a financial deficit is what might happen as a result. The Pain: The pain point BlueLemon experiences with this problem is is his brand not being well known on Florida A&M’s and on social media especially since they were originated from the midwest side of the country. The obstacles s/he faces with this problem is knowing the proper way to revamp his brand, but s/he desires to feel like the top small business on florida A&M’s campus and become well known in other parts of the U.S once the problem is solved. The idea that his business is not growing in the time that he has expected it to is what keeps Brent up at night. If I were to eavesdrop on him/her having a late night conversation at the kitchen table with their significant other while the kids are asleep, they would be talking about what is needed to make the business grow. Brent, often says to him/herself, “If I could just “ get my company to the level it once was.” Keywords that s/he searches for when seeking solutions to this problem are Tshirt Brands , Nike, Adidas, and Top T-shirt brands.
